1. About Counting2

Counting2 is a service for creating and sharing personal countdown pages. The service is operated by Loveall.se in Sweden.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating or using a countdown, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not create or use a countdown.

You must be legally capable of accepting these terms. If you are using Counting2 on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it.

3. Your countdown

You are responsible for the title, message, date and other information you submit. Only include content that you have the right to use and share.

Countdown links may be viewed and forwarded by anyone who receives them. A difficult-to-guess link does not make a countdown private. Do not include sensitive personal information.

4. Permission to provide the service

You retain any rights you have in your content. You give Counting2 a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to store, process, display and reproduce the content only as needed to operate, secure and share your countdown, including generating social preview images.

This permission ends when the content is deleted, except where limited retention is reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, backups or handling an abuse report.

5. Prohibited content and conduct

You may not use Counting2 to create, publish, promote or share:

• Illegal content or content that encourages illegal activity.
• Threats, harassment, stalking, intimidation or incitement to violence.
• Hate speech or content that attacks people based on protected characteristics.
• Pornographic, sexually explicit or sexually exploitative content.
• Any sexual content involving minors or content that exploits or endangers a child.
• Private, confidential or identifying information shared without a lawful basis or appropriate permission.
• Defamatory content, impersonation or content intended to deceive others about a person's identity.
• Spam, scams, fraud, phishing, malware or attempts to manipulate the service.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights.

You must not attempt to bypass security controls, overload the service, automate abusive creation of countdowns or interfere with other users.

6. Moderation and removal

Counting2 may review, restrict or remove a countdown when we reasonably believe it violates these terms, applicable law, the rights of another person or the security of the service.

We may act without advance notice where prompt action is appropriate. We are not required to preserve or restore removed content.

7. Reporting content

A countdown can be reported using the report link displayed on its page. Reports concerning illegal content or urgent abuse may also be sent to abuse@counting2.com .

Include the countdown URL and enough information for us to understand the report. Do not submit false, misleading or abusive reports.

8. Availability and changes

Counting2 is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, exact availability or compatibility with every device or sharing platform.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features and may remove old, inactive or expired countdowns.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Counting2 and Loveall.se are not liable for indirect loss, loss caused by user content, missed events, sharing-platform behaviour, service interruptions or deleted countdowns.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Counting2 Privacy Policy. Do not submit another person's personal information unless you have a lawful reason and the necessary permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law, without limiting any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, applicable rules or our practices change. The current version and its update date will be published on this page.
